Terms and Conditions Governing Membership at AlUla Sports Club

Membership in AlUla Club Company ("AlUla Sports Club") is a voluntary legal relationship established between an individual and the Club pursuant to these policies, terms, and conditions. Under this policy, the Member is granted specific benefits and services in exchange for payment of the approved membership fees. Membership is purely personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or disposed of in any way to a third party. Your subscription to any of the approved membership categories at AlUla Club constitutes your express acceptance of and full compliance with these terms, which constitute the legal framework governing your rights and duties as a member and define the scope of the contractual relationship between you and the Club. Accordingly, we recommend that you read these policies carefully to understand all the provisions governing your membership, which are as follows:

AlUla Club membership is granted based on specific categories. Each membership type includes a set of benefits and access rights outlined in the membership guide and the club's official platforms. Membership is valid for one calendar year starting from the date of activation, unless otherwise stated.

Membership is available to all individuals of all nationalities without exception, and is granted based on meeting the conditions stipulated by the club.

Membership benefits include, but are not limited to: priority access to match tickets, discounts on official merchandise, invitations to exclusive events, and personalized content and experiences for members. AlUla Club reserves the right to modify, change, or replace these benefits at any time without prior notice.

Free tickets are only granted within membership categories for official matches held at AlUla Club Stadium during the sports season. This excludes matches of a special nature, such as finals, friendly matches, or events held with special entry conditions.

The advance notice period for booking tickets depends on the nature of the match and the accompanying organizational and logistical conditions. It cannot be considered a guaranteed advantage for a specific period of time, but rather varies on a case-by-case basis.

Membership is personal and non-transferable in any way, and any unauthorized use, such as reselling or sharing access data, will result in immediate cancellation of membership without any compensation or refund.

Membership fees are payable in full upon registration and are final and non-refundable for any reason, including early cancellation or failure to avail benefits.

By registering as a member, the member agrees to receive all official communications from the club, whether via email, text messages, or any other means of communication approved by the club’s management.

The member is committed to maintaining a professional and respectful conduct during his participation in events or when using membership benefits. The club reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of any violation or inappropriate behavior.

· Personal data provided by members is processed in accordance with the AlUla Club’s privacy policy, and is used only for membership management and club-related communications.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately if the member commits any violation of these terms or if the privileges provided are misused.

· The granting of benefits to members under this policy shall not be deemed a restriction on the administrative or operational powers of the Club, and all benefits shall remain subject to the discretion of the Club without giving rise to vested rights or claims for compensation.

All fees associated with membership, including registration, renewal, or associated service fees, are final and non-refundable.

All benefits provided through membership are subject to special terms of use and may be modified or reduced according to operating conditions without any obligation to provide alternatives.

Some events, gifts, or products associated with membership may be subject to additional terms and conditions announced in advance by the club’s management, which members are obligated to review and comply with.

· AlUla Club may amend these policies and conditions at any time, and the version published on the official platforms shall be the approved and effective reference.

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all disputes arising from their application or interpretation shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
